Jose, the Meridian Chemdry tech called 20 min in advance of arrival and arrived on time. He explained the process and worked diligently and thoroughly during his service call. We were impressed with the results. The carpet felt brand new and looked even better. All spots were eliminated. Thank you Jose! Josue (GM)came in and was very informative and made my carpets look brand new. I think the best part was that he didnt try to upsell me because he said “in my professional opinion ” I didnt need anything more than that because it wasn’t necessary. Truly a Great company with honest practices and great people. I will be back and I will refer you out!
I’ve never had my upholstery cleaned so well before! Hector did an incredible job cleaning my couch. He was so thorough, professional, and was so nice! If you think the price is too high, just remember, you pay for what you get. There is even a 30 day guarantee if I see any issues after it dries. Hector really knew what he was doing and I highly recommend him and Rainier Chem-Dry!

Mindy did an incredible job on our carpet. We had five month old pet urine stains and other stains from a recent birthday party and she made it look new again😃. Was very impressed with her thoroughness and great communication as I was at work and my daughter had let her in. She kept me updated and sent before and after pics to me!! Great job Mindy!!

The original cleaning of bedroom and living room carpets with old pet stains was done on time with a pleasant, professional young man. A week later they came back at no charge to redo pet stain areas with amazingly good results, given the age of the stains. I recommend Chem Dry with no reservations.
Mindy was so professional and top notch! What a hard worker, something you don’t always see these days. Excellent work ethic. Our job was bigger than first thought, and she took it like a trooper. Plus she kept an excellent attitude the whole time, and smiled while she put up with us two older folks. Our carpets are beautiful! Nice and clean. Matty was awesome! Very efficient and fast. He was friendly and active and worked hard to put in the extra effort. My carpets are near white and I have four pets and a kid running in and out. By the time he was done (2hours) they looked like new. I would absolutely recommend this service.

Very friendly and helpful Technicians. Called before they got to my home. Explained everything and gave me options of treatments after checking my carpet. They were very efficient and finished in a timely manner.

We have had Chem Dry clean our carpets for over 7 years. Our experience has always been great. I especially like Landry as a technician. He is always prompt, courteous, informative, does a great job, and loves my dog. We welcome him back any time.

I’m very excited to give you my feed back. I’ve been a Chem Dry customer since the late 1980s. I’ve always had good experiences with this company. With that said, I just got my carpet cleaned a week ago by Matthew and he was the best. Very pleasant and professional. There were pieces of furniture that needed to be moved and he was more than willing to help move them. His personality was uplifting. He was respectful of my house and furniture. Plus, when I heard his story of being able to continue to go to college and that Chem Dry was willing to accommodate his schedule to fit his class load…..it just made me more sure that I have chosen the right company to clean my carpets. Thank you, Matt!!
